The renewal application is due by June 1st. Forty continuing education hours are required for license renewal, and there is no limit on home study or Category 1 web-based offerings. A minimum of twenty hours must be from Category 1 or formal programs. National accreditation is NBCC and APA.

Professional Development Resources is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #5590) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program.

Professional Development Resources is also approved as a provider of continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB Provider #1046, ACE Program), and by the American Psychological Association (APA).
