Indiana-licensed marriage and family therapists have a biennial license renewal with a March 31st deadline, even years. Forty (40) hours of continuing education are required in order to renew a license. There is no limit on home study (Category 1) with APA, ASWB, or NBCC approval. One hour of ethics from Category 1 is required each year, and 20 hours must come from Category 1 courses.
