Rhode Island Occupational Therapists Continuing Education and License Renewals

Twenty (20) hours of continuing education are required in order to renew a license. There are no limits on Category II courses, or home study if AOTA approved.

The pursuit of continuing education allows for the best possible standards for the occupational therapy profession. All licensees are required to complete continuing education hours as a licensing condition.
