California-licensed OT’s have a license renewal every two years, with a birth date deadline. Twenty-four (24) PDU’s (hours) of continuing education are required every two years to renew a license.

There are no online course limits if AOTA approved, and half of the hours must directly relate to the delivery of occupational therapy services.
